Dan Patrick recently declared that the separation of church and state is “the biggest lie that’s been told in America since our founding,” and apparently decided the best remedy was a publicly funded federal hotline with an automated recording informing callers that, in fact, “there is no separation of church and state.” Oookay.

Other items on the RLC’s list of unconstitutional wants include increased public funding for faith-based schools and organizations, greater religious expression in public spaces (i.e., posting the Ten Commandments in schools) and religious-based exemptions in areas ranging from labor law to classroom lessons to healthcare mandates.

Apparently “religious liberty” in 2026 means the freedom to impose radical, right-wing Christian nationalism on everyone else — which is exactly the kind of government-endorsed religious coercion the First Amendment was originally written to prevent.

Israeli Prime Minister and actual war criminal Benjamin Netanyahu appeared on 60 Minutes Sunday evening and lamented the precipitous drop in American support for Israel since the Hamas terror attacks on October 7, 2023, and the ensuing war that followed.

Netanyahu, whose IDF forces have killed more than 70,000 Palestinians and flattened Gaza in what can credibly be described as an ethnic cleansing campaign, claimed Israel’s plummeting support in America “correlates almost 100% with the geometric rise of social media” and suggested that propaganda tactics used by “several countries” on TikTok, Twitter, and other platforms were ultimately to blame.

Bibi then dropped an absolute whopper, insisting that “Israel has gone to unbelievable lengths to get innocent civilians out of harm’s way,” which is a little like a serial abuser telling his partner he’s doing everything in his power not to break her nose while he repeatedly punches her in the face.

The operative words in Donald Trump’s latest tirade against Justices Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett — “against me” — betray just how little interest the wannabe dictator has in an independent judiciary. Both Trump-appointed justices are, of course, reliable cogs in the high court’s conservative supermajority, but our petulant president demands complete and total loyalty 100% of the time. Any veering off the crooked path he charts is a fundamental betrayal — not of the Constitution, but of him personally.

Trump thumb-smashed: “I’m working so hard to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, and then people that I appointed have shown so little respect to our Country, and its people. What is the reason for this? They have to do the right thing, but it’s really OK for them to be loyal to the person that appointed them to ‘almost’ the highest position in the land, that is, a Justice of the United States Supreme Court.”

Donald simply cannot fathom how any judge could rule against him on any matter, for no other reason than because he appointed them. That he thinks like a two-bit mob boss isn’t all that surprising; that he so willingly shares it with the public actually is.
